Terms and Conditions

  1. The Bosch ‘Healthy Living’ Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a gift of up to 2 Free HelloFresh Boxes (depending on level of spend) (the “Gift”) to purchasers on purchases of selected Bosch Food Prep models. Claims are valid for purchases made between 19th January 2022 and 15th February 2022 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim 30 days after purchase and by 15th March 2022. Consumers can register their claim when the product is purchased, however this claim will not be validated before 30 days after purchase date. Customers can claim online via the MLP claim site straight after purchase: www.boschtreats.co.uk/foodprep22. All claims are to be received before midnight on the 15th March 2022.
  2. No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with the Bosch ‘Healthy Living’ Promotion.

  4. Purchases must be made between 19.01.22 and 15.02.22 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before Midnight on the 15.03.22.
    The gift includes: One or Two HelloFresh Box (defined as “the Gift”), dependent on the Bosch Food Prep appliance purchased.
  5. The Bosch Healthy Living Promotion only applies to purchases of the following Bosch appliances with the corresponding Gift value:

* Customers would be entered into a subscription (which they can cancel anytime), and it would also see them getting a further £15 reduction on their next 1 or 2 boxes, depending on the Bosch Food Prep model purchased.
  1. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and all appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.
  2. The promotion is open to residents over 18 years old, of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.
  3. Promotion excludes employees of the promoter and employees and close family members of the retailers.
  4. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.
  5. The Promotion, which starts on the 19th of January 2022 and ends on 15th February 2022, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 15th March 2022 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
  6. How to Claim
    a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, a photograph of the ENR number and full address). The online claim form is available on www.bosch-home.co.uk/healthyliving-promotion. A claim form can also be downloaded from www.bosch-home.co.uk/healthyliving-promotion and submit this by post to Bosch ‘Healthy Living’ Promotion, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG).
    b. Claims must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the 15th March 2022 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
    c. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not been delivered by 15th March 2022, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and before 15th April 2022.
    d. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 982.
    e. A photograph of the ENR panel is required for both online and postal claims. Claims will not be accepted until a photograph of the ENR panel is provided.
  7. Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which they believe are fraudulent or
    invalid.
  9. Claimants should allow up to 14 working days for delivery of the gift from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
  10. All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants.
  11. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The Gift will not be paid in the event that the product purchased is returned to the relevant retailer.
  13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for special dietary issues in relation to the ‘Gift’. The onus is upon the Claimant to ensure that any dietary requirements have been made to the relevant persons in relation to the HelloFresh Box. The onus is also upon the Claimant to check all ingredients in the HelloFresh Box.
  14. Claims on purchases made on Amazon and supplied by a third party will not be accepted. Only claims for products supplied directly by Amazon will be accepted through Amazon purchases.
  15. Claimants should allow up to 30 days for the email containing the HelloFresh e-code to be sent, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
  16. HelloFresh can only be claimed when a valid email address is provided on the claim form. Any online claims will require an email address to be entered before submitting a claim for an e-code. If a postal claim form is received for an e-code and a valid email address is not present, the customer will need to submit their email address to complete the claim.

  18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
  19. In the unlikely event of the Gift being unavailable, then the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift for a Gift of equal or greater value.

  21. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
