1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase selected Bosch appliances at selected retailers, between 19th January 2022 and 15th February 2022.

2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be made by Midnight on 15th March 2022. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

3. How and when will I receive my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift is on its way. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of the HelloFresh e-code.

4. Where can I find my ENR number?
To help locate your ENR number please check in the following location depending on your model:

For models TI351209GB, TQ503GB1, TI303203RW & TQ505R09 you will need to open the front door of the appliance, the ENR number is then located on the inside of the door.

For models TI923309RW, TI9553X1RW & TI9573X9RW you will need to remove the water tank and the ENR number is located on the side of the unit.
