Terms and Conditions

1. The Bosch Food Prep up to ‘20% Cashback’ Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to 20% cashback redemption when purchasing any Bosch Food Prep products both online and instore at John Lewis.
2. Claims are valid for purchases made between 02nd April 2025 and 6th May 2025 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim by 31st May 2025. Customers can claim online via boschtreats.co.uk/prep25 All claims are to be received before midnight on the 31st May 2025.
3. The Bosch Food Prep up to ‘20% Cashback’ Promotion offer applies to a purchase of any of the below SKUs made from John Lewis:

4. The cashback will be issued in the form of either a BACs payment or Cheque.
5. Customers should allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of a Cheque and 28 days for Bank Transfer from the date their claim is validated. Bank payment reference for BACS will show as ‘Bosch Cashback’.
6. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and all appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.

8. The Promotion is open to residents over 18 years old, of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.
9. The Promotion is not available to employees of the Promoter, or employees and close family members of the retailers.
10. The Promotion is offered via John Lewis only who will have the official advertising literature.
11. The Promotion, which starts on the 2nd April 2025 and ends on 6th May 2025 only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 31st May 2025 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
12. How to Claim
    a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, a photograph of the ENR number and full address). The online claim form is available on boschtreats.co.uk/prep25
    b. Claims must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the 31st May 2025 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
    c. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not been delivered by 31st May 2025, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and before 1st July 2025.
    d. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 386.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which they believe are fraudulent or invalid.
14. All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants.
15. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Bosch Food Prep product and wishes to return it, the Bosch up to 20% cashback, will need to be returned
17. Claimants should allow up to 28 working days for delivery of the cashback from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

20. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
21. The Promoter is Bosch Home Appliances, a division of BSH Home Appliances Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration no.01844007, whose registered office is at Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK12 5PT, UK.
22. This Promotion is carried out and facilitated by the Marketing Lounge Partnership on behalf of the Promoter.
