Terms and Conditions

1. The Bosch Dishwasher Cashback Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a cashback of up to £150 (the “Gift”) to purchasers on purchases of selected Bosch Dishwasher models. Claims are valid for purchases made between 12th October and 8th November 2022 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim 30 days after purchase and by midnight 18th December 2022. Consumers can register their claim when the product is purchased, however this claim will not be validated before 30 days after purchase date. Please note that Purchasers will be able to choose their Gift during the redemption process and that the Gift will be in the form of either:
   a. A BACS Transfer (only available for online claims) or
   b. Cheque which will be delivered to the address provided on the claim form

4. The Bosch Cashback Promotion only applies to purchases of the following Bosch appliances with the corresponding value of Cashback value:

5. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from the Promotion.
6. All appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.
7. The promotion is open to residents aged 18 and over of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.
8. The Promotion, which starts on 12th October 2022 and runs until 8th November 2022, both days inclusive, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. The Promoter must receive a completed and valid claim 30 days after purchase and by midnight 18th December 2022. Consumers can register their claim when the product is purchased, however this claim will not be validated before 30 days after purchase date.
9. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.
10. How to Claim:
    a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, photograph of ENR number and full address). The online claim form is available on www.bosch-home.co.uk/cashback-promotion. A claim form can also be downloaded from www.bosch-home.co.uk/cashback-promotion and submitted by post to 'Bosch Dishwasher Cashback Promotion’, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
    b. Claims must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the 18th December 2022 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
    c. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not been delivered by 18th December 2022, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and before 31st December 2022.
    d. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 615.
11. Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
13. The Cashback will not be paid in the event that the product purchased is returned to the relevant retailer.
14. Claims on purchases made on Amazon and supplied by a third party will not be accepted. Only claims for products sold and distributed directly by Amazon will be accepted through Amazon purchases.
15. Claimants should allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch of the Cheque and 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
16. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimant’s submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.
17. All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
18. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Bosch appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the Gift i.e. the cashback.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

22. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Bosch Dishwasher Prize Draw Questionnaire

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Bosch Dishwasher Cashback Campaign Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering into this Prize Draw, you are accepting these terms and conditions, so please read them carefully before deciding whether to enter.
2. This Prize Draw is the chance to win £50 in a form of a cheque (the “Prize”) by answering all questions on the claim page for the Bosch Dishwasher Cashback. The Prize Draw runs from 12th October to 18th December 2022. The winners will be chosen at random from all entries that have been received over the duration of the Prize Draw.
3. The entry to the Prize Draw commences on 12th October and ends on 18th December 2022, it is only open to entries made on or between these dates. The Promoter will not accept any entries which it receives outside of these dates.
4. The entry to the Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who have purchased an eligible appliance related to this Prize Draw, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families or agents of the Promoter.
5. Participants can enter this Prize Draw while submitting their claim for the Bosch Dishwasher Cashback Promotion, during the dates of the Prize Draw. Consumers that do not answer all questions will not be entered in to the Prize Draw. Only one submission per consumer. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those entries which, in their sole opinion, are fraudulent or invalid.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. After the Prize Draw Period ends, one Winner will be chosen at random to receive the Prize. If you are selected as the Winner, you will, within 10 days from the end of the Prize Draw Period, be contacted by MLP. The Prize will be sent within 30 days of successful contact. Customers who are unsuccessful in the Prize Draw will not be contacted.
9. To the extent permitted by law, we, our agents, and employees will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering into this Prize Draw or accepting a Prize, except where it has been caused by our negligence or that of our agents or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. The Promoter will not be liable to compensate you if your Prize is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. A Prize is non-exchangeable, there is no cash alternative, and it may not be transferred for value.
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control.
12. The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
