FAQs

1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase selected Bosch appliances (Ovens, Hobs, Hoods, Laundry, Cooling Floorcare and Food Prep Models) from participating retailers between 20th May 2020 and 30th June 2020 and have submitted a valid claim within the claim period.

2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be received by Midnight on 30th July 2020. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

3. How and when do I get my cashback?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your cashback is on its way. Please allow up to 6 weeks for dispatch of cheque and 28 days for bank transfer from the date of the promoters approval confirmation email.

4. Where can I find my ENR number?
Please visit www.bosch-home.bsh-group.com/uk/customer-service/support and for assistance locating your ENR number. You will then need to click on the 'Rating plate finder' drop down and select your appliance, this will then show you a diagram of where you can locate the ENR number on your appliance. You can also retrieve your ENR number from here too.

5. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
